Shipping:
We currently offer first class and United States shipping. Shipping is a $5 flat rate.
Orders are made to order and handmade. Please allow 5 to 7 buisness days upon purchase date for shipping.
Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your product, you may exchange it. We do not offer refunds. Exchanges are offered for up to 14 business days from when you received your product. The customer would be liable for shipping the product back and paying shipping on returning the product. Revenant Wares will ship the exchanged item back at no charge to the customer.
We inspect all items carefully before we ship, but if an item shows up broken or defective we will be glad to exchange it for you.
Keep in mind that some fabrics, materials, or charms may have some visible wear or imperfections as they are repurposed and some are upcycled vintage items.
